Took a few random shots last night while out with the boss and the owner of the company. I didnt get a chance to take a lot due to crowded restraunt and only having my 50mm with me...
Please let me know what you all think....

I like the first shot, great expression from the little girl. #2 is a little too blurry for my taste.

Well it kinda goes with these two below, but now that you mention it #4 does seem a little more blurry then I really wanted it to be....

Great expression on #1, and nice color. Almost oversaturated. When shooting young kids, kneel down to shoot at their level, watch the background, and don't be afraid to crop out any part of the image that doesn't add to it.
All of the indoor shots suffer from motion blur. Pay attention to your shutter speed and crank up the ISO if you're getting shutter speeds slower than 1/60. They could also benefit from a white balance correction.
I'm afraid I can't find much to like about #3.
If you change your member profile to allow image editing, you'll get some help as people could adjust and repost some of your shots.

Thanks for the tips Curtis. I have fixed my profile. I know I bumped up the saturation on a few of them to bring out the color of the shirt the woman was wearing. #3 didnt come out the way I wanted it to but thought showed good Bokeh so figured it was worth showing.

I like 1 too. suggesiton for the next time you do these shots, bump iso up to 1600, and put the aperature all the way up, as far as it'll go.. f1.8 on your 50mm or something, then use a faster shutter speed to kill out the blur. You can use Kodak SHO or noiseninja to fix the noise afterwards.
