I like the lighting and where you placed your subject relative to the "horizon line", but the white ballance seems a bit too far into the reds (could be my monitor though). Also, while the focus seems to be o.k., it looks like there was a bit of horizontal camera movement during the exposure.

I would try again with a tripod. You may also want to experiment with locking focus on the brighter of her two eyes, since that's where your viewer's eyes will go first.

I agree with the above, maybe cool down the color temp of the picture over all a bit, and use a tripod to get it sharper. Also, get one to stick in this thread (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=175493) next time! :-)
