Two shots from the Watchtower on Dun na Cuaiche looking down to Loch Fyne and Inveraray.
Bit of a dull overcast day which wasn't great for photography but made the short climb up Dun na Cuaiche a bit easier. :)

Beautiful shots, Cameron! That second one is really special. The scene through the window is perfectly exposed and there's still enough detail in the stone to make it interesting. But beyond the technical stuff, its just lovely!

I've been past there a few times and wondered what that was! My uncle did his training for the d-day landings at the castle there and his photo is in the museum.
Nice images Cameron - we've got a cloudy sky like that today.

very nice Cameron, the floor being lit up on the second one certainly makes the shot look a bit special.

Thanks for all the comments.
Rebecca, the second image is a composite of three images blended in PS.
The first image being exposed for the scene through the opening. The second being the inner part of the opening. The third is the floor and the rest of the scene.

Cameron, I think I prefer the panorama better than the one with the folly. Excellent stuff:D :D

Cameron, all are great images, I really like the second, it is very well executed and show's not only a wonderful scene but also the time, experience and knowledge that went into taking it and making it work.
Now for the "Pano" two or three landscape shot's? Whatever the stitching is spot-on and the foreground interest is well thought out with that nice splash of colour to the right. I might be tempted to clone out the dead grasses but other than that I wouldn't change a thing - really like the sky too, its moodiness fits the scene well. This should have been given it's own thread!:)
Good shooting

All great shots Cameron, as others have already said, the lighting is perfect.
These watchtowers interest me,as I know very little about them.
