I hope the fish didn't get too drunk :-)
I think the pictures great, and a clever idea. I would have perhaps tried to have the fish more face on, then the big eyes may have given it more impact.

this is beautiful! i love the way the glass shapes out; although, i'd like to see the fish a bit brighter.

jimgeroo- the fish wouldnt coperate for the couple minutes it was in the glass, but i can reshoot one of my fish in my tanks and use it as a composite.
Mandragora- it was backlit so not much light gets to the front of the fish but im going to reshoot anyway.
MagicallyDelicious- I had the glass about 2 feet away from a blue wall and i lit it with a external flash from behind and underneath, and i overexposed it quite a bit so there would be a gradient.

What a great shot.
I agree that a bit more light on the fish's face would be nice, maybe use a reflector next time?
