Hi everyone,
I need some help on this one.
I have been using my new 10d for just over a week now...good results except for shots on solid backgrounds...I get strange spots on the images, I thought it was the lense (canon 28mm-135mm Image stabilizer), which I promptly replaced with a new one, but I am still getting the same spots in the exact same area...the only catch is: the spot change focus as I focus out...ie. really noticable at 28mm range, somewhat noticable at 41mm range (would this eliminate the possibility of it being dust on the sensor?)
Is this a flaw in this brand of lense?
You can check out samples here:
http://www.see-spot-jump.com/what-is-this.html
The first pic was taken with the original lense at 28mm.
The second pic was taken with the replacement lense at 41mm.
When I overlay the images in photoshop they line up exactly...and it's not just located in one area, the spots end up distributed throughout the image.
Any help would be much appreciated...
