I have been using QImage for printing for some time -- I like the fact that it makes it so easy to layout a page and also (without much hassle) print the same picture in 4x6 or 5x7 or 8x10 without having to manually adjust the aspect ratio of the image.

Here's my problem -- to get the best possible print out of my Epson 2200 I need to use Profiles. The best results I have had (while playing around with this) is printing directly from within Photoshop.

What I need is the great quality that the Profiles in Photoshop provide with the easy page layout that QImage provides. So, I guess my question is this -- what software are other people using to print from their digital darkroom. Using Photoshop (unless there's a feature I don't know about) for printing in quantity and varying sizes is not feasible -- but, I need the quality that Photoshop and the Epson 2200 profiles give me...

Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance and have a great day!

If you want to print with profiles, you can use Qimage. Yes, really. In the print Processing panel, you can right click on the entry for Prtr ICC and select profiles for both the images and the printer. Your printer driver settings will be the same as you have them for printing with Photoshop.
