For the Canadian WP's

For all the Canadian WP's where do you get your proofs done?? My local pro shop is just getting too expensive (60 cents) for digital prints and was thinking of going to Blacks. I've had some of my pics done (everyday pics of my daughter) at Blacks and was happy with them. I've 'signed' up for CanadaCamera Pro lab but just cannot get the proshots program to work. Any other suggestions??

I do use Camera Canada Proshots for my larger prints, but to be honest for 4x6 proofs, I use Costco :eek:
I find their quality is REALLY good and CHEAP ( $0.18 ) They print on Fuji Crystal Archive Paper.
I use the one in South London. You can now upload your stuff via their website and pick up your order in less than an hour later.

I've used Costco for personal stuff and am considering using them for my wedding proofs (I'm just getting started in weddings). The price is great and as long as they are printing your digital files 'as is'...then it should work well.

Yeh I'd like to try Costco but there is two problems 1. it's 1 1/2 hours away and 2. I don't have a memebership!! My hubby got one a few years ago through work and we used it once!

Try Lifetouch (Winnipeg Photo) or Silvano.

If you do a lot of prints I'd try to talk to the managment at the place you normally get them done at, see if they might give you a good discount VIP rate to keep your business.
