Zoombrowser does not work

Hi, I connected my IXUS 400 to the PC. The Zoombrowser EX Application ran automatically. I could see the pics in the app window but when I tried to download them to my PC it did not work. The physical connection is fine but soimehow Zoombrowser EX does not save the camera pics onto my PC. Can anybody help. I Have Zoombrowser 4.1 installed on Windows 2000

I had the same trouble,Zoombrowser drove me mad.I was advised to dump it and install breezebrowser and have never had any trouble since.

Are you getting any kind of error messages? After selecting an image in the Camera Window and clicking Save Image(s), does the application ask where you want to save your images to, or anything?

I had a hard time loading zoombrowser from the 11.1 disc that came with the camera. Didn't have Internet connection at the time so couldn't update.

Then I had the same problem with another computer that wasn't online, plus some other loading glitches.

Both computers got up and operating by reloading. That software is obviously buggy...I hope online updates fix it.
