error in setup

While setting up the gallery, after lots of lines of [Done] i get this:

Field 'ee_country_info' doesn't have a default value
ERROR IN QUERY:
INSERT INTO ee_country (ee_country_name) VALUES ('Taiwan')

Feeling so lucky, i browse to index.php & i get this:

Database Retrieve Error

An error in retrieving data from database was reported by EE
(query code: exhibition_info)

If this problem persists, please contact webmaster.

SQL ERROR:
Table 'ee.ee_order_to_indexpage' doesn't exist
(from query exhibition_info)

Could u plz help me on this? I'm on IIS6. Latest versions of PHP/MySql. Thanx.

ok upgraded to version 1.5. but still have some problems. u may like to delete this post.
i posted here (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=29266&page=8) the problem i have with the new version.
