Took these today on my lunch hour under overcast skies. 95% of frame shot at 700mm.

Great shots in action.
The #2 gets more weight as eye of the bird is seen and also the droplet form its beak.

got to love that lens eh Marc ,,, has it even been off the cam since you got it, married with the 1.4X it's as sharp as a tack ;),,,, you should sell me your 400 ;):lol:

Very nice Marc. Wing blur and the drop of water of the Gooser's beak add to photo. 2nd shot has great action but maybe a little tight.

Keep this guy out of my birdbath:D Nice work here Marc.....especially on the first shot with the water dropping from the bill.....lots of great action in both shots. Very nice!

Extremely good action shot, showing the water being lifted particularly in the second shot. Good detail and nice exposure, well done Marc.
