This fix pack fixes small stuff here and there, and because there have been so many fix packs after beta 2, I'll name beta 2 with all 11 fix packs beta 3 :)

PLEASE NOTE: both applying fix pack 11 and running version number change script are essential or EE will be broken! Don't do just another.
