I have an 80GB wolverine Flashpro and it has worked very well.
My onlycomment on the 100GB version is based on someemail exchanges with wolverine folks that mentioned that the 100GB drives seemed to have a higher rate of return, although still a rate that was acceptable. He recommended the 80GB version over the 100GB for that reason.
I will say they do have great customer service and this information is about 6 months old, so the drives failure rate may have been reduced in the meantime.
The fact that Wolverine themselves were willing to let me know about the failure rate issue says a lot about their integrety. So I am a big fan of wolverine and any one else who has that kind of integrity. I highly reccommend any Wolverine product for that reason.

Thanks Longwatcher, that is very helpful.

I think a buddy had the 80GB version as well from Costco. He seems to really like it. I like the fact that you can view RAW shots with the LCD as well.
I'd avoid ordering from Adorama as they often send e-mails trying to get you to call so they can upsell or sell you accessories.

For $499 I got a Dell laptop to use for on-site storage, plus rough editing & burning DVDs.
1.5 Ghz, 1 Gig ram, DVD burner. Sure, it's bigger, but... ;)

:lol: You are right. But you cannot put in your pocket. And I got a IPod that I can use but need an attachment. On calculating costs against flash cards....
Option 2: Carry your laptop along - My laptop itself is 7 pounds  and the problem is I also have to carry at least one external hard drive as I don't have any space on 80GB with lots and lots of junkies. And I am running out of space on two 120GB and 200GB external hard drives. Photos... Movies... Softwares.... You name it, I got it tucked somewhere safe :D
