Hello everybody,
I have some trouble about this camcorder. The Firewire doesn't detect my MV630i (or "partially") . I run under win98 and I have installed the TWAIN drivers but I think I need the WIA Driver but I don't know where is it ?
Someone has an idea ?
Thanks

Hi Lantak.
For connecting via firewire, you do not need either the TWAIN nor WIA driver, but you do need the driver for the firewirecard, which is the DirectX-driver.
Go to Microsoft and download the latest DirectX-driver, and you'll see it works well.
If you want to transfer pictures, you need a USB-cable though, and then you need the TWAIN-driver (WIA for WinME and WINXP)
Drivers are available here:
http://www.canondv.com/downloads/camcorder_software.html (your camcorder is called ZR65 in US)
