Hello,

After hours of labor, my first Gallery of 10D photos is complete enough to present. I am still working on some panoramas. I'll add them later.

I took all these pics last week while touring Arizona and Utah. The pictures are in chronilogical order which doesn't make for the best looking gallery, but it makes the gallery easier to understand. The good shots are sprinkled in with the not so good ones.

Here it is www.pbase.com/rbndave/southwest_trip

All the shots were taken with a Sigma 24-70. This is my only lens for now.

Let me know what you think.

WOW...great pics Dave! For some of the shots, I would crank up the saturation a bit, especially the "hazy" pics.

Just my opinion...Isn't the 10D great!?!

Looking down from Angel's Landing maid me dizzy. That's a long way down! Good shots.

WOW.. Your Utah pics are just gorgeous. I hope that one day, I can see the trees with that much color in REAL life !

Thanks all for the encouragement.

Kafene-

It was total luck that I saw the leaves turn in Utah. They were not showing any color at low elevations. I decided to take a side trip to Cedar Breaks. I thought the leaves might be showing some color at higher elevatios, but I was pleasantly surprised to find them at their peak.

Heather-

I am at the Pittsburgh airport everytime I go to work. If you ever see a US Airways turboprop with a pointy tail fly over, that might be me.

PhantomsGirlfriend-

Check out my Arizona gallery for more Sedona pics www.pbase.com/rbndave/arizona I had better picture taking conditions last march when I visited Sedona.
