Photoshop Actions Help...

Can someone tell me how you instert "stops" into an action set? I'd like to put in some reminder messages but don't know how this is done.

Wouldn't "insert stop" from the actions drop down button do it.

You can also add a dialog check at a particular step in the action panel.
