I have posted three photos so far here and I have only gotten two responses. The second one being that she can't see my photograph. So what is going on? I can see the photograph when I go to that particular thread, can't anyone else? And if not, why??? Please, somebody, help me out here. The photograph I am referring to specifically is Pet Timberwolf under Nature & Animals. Thanks for any input.

I can see it fine, but it's a little small.

What size monitor are you using?
A 15" monitor at 800x600 screen resolution will display images much larger than a 20" screen at 1680x1050.

My screen is 24" and 1920x1200 the image displays at about 2x3. That is pretty small in my opinion, but who am I to judge :)

Yeah, that does seem kind of small, but at this point I am just grateful I can get photos on here. I would like to be able to improve that some, but at so far, this seems to be the best I am capable of! LOLOL Down the road I hope to improve this, but I can only handle one challenge at a time! :-D

Yes, 360 x 243 pixels is really tiny. If you're trying to meet the 100 KB size limit (which you're well under on that one) use a higher degree of compression and strip out EXIF rather than drastically downsizing. Targeting 800x600 pixels is a good idea. If compression at that size gets too bad, start over at 640x480. But compress before resorting to furtther downsizing.
As to not getting responses, it's generally a good idea to wait for more than a couple of hours before worrying, especially in Photo Sharing. The membership is global. A lot of the members are asleep, or just getting up, at 10:40 PM EDT.

Thanks Jon. I did resize three of the photos so far. I really didn't think I was capable, but apparently I surprised myself.
And, patience really isn't one of my virtues. When you add to that fact that ya put your little treasures out there for the world to see...panic can set in quite easily.

Thompsunshine what software do you use to edit your photos?

I HAVE Photoshop CS2 and iPhoto. However, Photoshop really intimidates me quite a bit so I use iPhoto for editing my photos unless I need to do something that it isn't capable of, but I AM capable of. LOL But I also use my Photoshop to post the photos on here.
