Can't Process RAW Images

I'm using FileViewer with my G3 to process RAW images. However, the options for Contrast, Color Saturation, and Sharpness are all greyed out. I can only process WB and Photo Effect. I have tried all combinations in Preferences, and it didn't work. I should have the latest version of FileViewer too.

What is wrong?

Under the 'Photo effect mode' tab you have to choose 'Custom effect' then you can change the Contrast, Saturation and Sharpness. Coming from the G2 it took me a little while to figure it out too, so don't worry. :)
