This is our newest addition--you guys seem so friendly here. I'm working on my BW conversion method-- do we like? Would you change something?

He is absolutely sweet...beautiful eyes. I like the lighting in the second one better. I find the blanket above him in the first one a little bright which distracts from your son. Good work though!

He's so cute! Nice captures....a little too bright for my taste, but cute expressions. Maybe add a little more contrast to the b/w conversion. Thanks for sharing....and congratulations on the new baby!:D

He is very sweet, #1 is my favorite, just a little too bright. I agree with lightwrite a bit more contrast would improve it.

thanks for the feedback everybody. i toned downt he brightness and bumped up the contrast (also dodged the background a bit) improvement?

The detail in his face is better but i am finding the darkness at the top of his head distracting, hope you don't mind i had a play. I only know basic pp and used curves brightness/contrast and a crop or 2. I naturally crop quiet tight in my photos and don't think you always need the whole head [his eyes need to be the focal point]
If something could be done with the dark crease next to his right cheek above his shoulder, would be even better.. [i have no idea how to use those tools]
