I believe there are quite a few options.
I use the Pro-RL by Stroboframe. I liked it so much I bought a second one (for my wife's 20D).

cheapest option I think is the CB Junior. I mounted my 20D with grip to one last night and it's great. It even sits low enough on the grip so that the vertical shutter button is still usable.

Me too for the Stroboframe Pro-RL.
I love it.

Love the bracket set-up and the monitors behind. Very envious. :)

A couple of higher end options would be either the Newton Bracket or Custom bracket. Both vendors offer camera and flash rotator models with a lot of options, pieces/parts. They are both very pricey, but I believe worth the money if you're doing a lot of high volume shooting and change flash orientation a lot.
The Custom is excellent but a bit too bulky and heavy for my tastes. At less than half the weight and mass I got the Newton Camera rotator. It's used in conjuction with the 5D and 580ex. Bob Newton offers excellent support. - Stu
