FYI, my camera got dust particles in my CMOS couple of days ago. Today, I took the camera to the Canon Service Center in New Jersey (5 minutes from my house), and they cleaned it in about half hour at no cost (camera is only two months old). My CMOS is perfect now. I am impressed with their service.
Canon told me that the typical CMOS cleaning cost runs up to $150.

Well if it's free, go for it. For those who don't live 5 minutes from a service center, try this...

This method received good reviews from Mr. Chuck Westfall of CANON U.S.A

Would you mind posting an address and/or phone # for that service center? I also live in NJ and would like to 'stop by' for a D60 cleaning if I have the chance.
Thanks,
Bill

[/b]Cleaning in 2 weeks[/b]
Canon has had my 10D for cleaning on three occaisions. They didn't really get it clean only cleaner. I had to send it off to them but wish I could have dropped in.
I clean it myself now but only when it is absolutely necessary.
