EOS 1Ds Replacement?

Has anyone heard rumors about a 1Ds replacement or at least refresh? I'm ready to buy one of these, but have a feeling that Canon is about to refresh the model soon.

I haven't heard any rumors. And if anyone did, they are only rumors and not reliable information. Canon never announces new equipment long before they're ready to sell.

I doubt that. If anything would be 'refreshed' it would be the 1D. Also, the site owner here is not fond of rumors cluttering the board. You can try dpreview for that. That's rumor-land over there. I see the 1Ds remaining static well into 2004.
