Wide Angle Lens... [Archive] - Canon Digital Photography Forums

Folks, I am considering purchasing a wide angle lens, but for under $500 catagory don't seem to have much choice except for 20MM. I currently have 28-135MM lens. Will the 20MM add any real perspective to wide angle shots? I'd appreciate if you can post a sample picture using the 20mm lens. Thanks.

... Do a board search for 'Zenitar' '16 mm' or 'fisheye' :)

There are threads by RDenney, Griffin and others describing 'that Russian fisheye lens' available (new) for about 150 $ with Canon EOS mount. It's MF only, though.

I just got the Tamron 19-35 for my 10D today. Let me know if you'd like to see some sample pics from it. It works out to be a 30-54mm with the 1.6X I think...
