Does anyone know if there a Canon equivalent of the Leica and Nikon telescope eyepieces for use with telephoto lenses?

You mean for converting the lens into a spotting scope?
I don't think canon make anything like that.

I remember a discussion about this before and there were lots of suggestions and hints on how to make one.The funniest response was when someone said -"well why not just use a camera instead of spending all that money making or adapting the optics yourself ? Just buy a cheap EOS film body for 40 bucks! "

Try Hutech/Borg. They had something along those lines on their website. I was looking for a camera adapter for my miniBorg to use as a lens. Site can be confusing as Borg sells modular telescopes. You can buy components to put together a scope exactly as you want it. However, they are great on service.
