External Storage Solutions

Hi All,

Just wondering what you folks are using for external storage. I have a 60GB HD, however, I am looking for an external device, mainly for back-up of my digital pics. I have been looking at external hard drives, and now I am considering an external dvd burner so I can archive, and look at photos on my dvd player. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sort of kill two birds with one stone. Drop a 30-60 gig 2.5" notebook hard drive in this and you can use it double duty for an extra copy of all your images and for a battery operated poratable storage solution in the field.

I have one with a 30 gig drive and love it.

I also recomend some kind of optical storage be it CD-R or DVD-R
