Polarizer filter

I purchased my Canon G2 the last year. I have observed that in some fotografias polarizador filter is used. In order to put that filter I must put an adapter and then the image, if increase the focal length does not leave with vignete. But it is posible to put a ring wide adapter in order to avoid that the image leaves with vignete ?

I use Lensmate adapter. No vignetting with or without polarizer, zoom in or zoom out.
