Hi i have just taken this picture of the moon outside in my back garden using My canon 30D and Sigma APO 70-200mm F2.8 EX HSM with a APO EX 1.4x Converter AND A 2x Converter together at the 200mm end on a tripod using these settings :- i used Zoombrowser to apply a 60/20/0 USM.
please tell me what ya think ??

That's very nice! I had half a mind of going out tonight and getting a shot of the moon but where I would have to go, there are police officers and state troopers investigating a high speed chase that went on tonight and I dont want to draw attention taking photos with my setup... lol they may come over and I just dont want to deal with them. Maybe tomorrow night I will try and get some shots of the moon.

Nice job! I came up with 200*3.4(total conversion)=680, 680*1.6 crop=1088mm! Now that is some zoom. What was the f/ stop at?
