Humidity, fogging, ERR 01

I've noticed that on occasion I get an ERR 01 around the same time as getting a little lens fog from humid outdoor conditions after being in an air conditioned environment. I'm concerned that this condition will play when I do the Aug 12 wedding on the Chesapeake Bay. Venue is on the water, outdoor ceremony (7:30PM and likely near 90F and humid) with the reception just steps away inside. I expect I'll be in and out. I know that if I let the camera bag and equipment acclimate from inside to outside before opening the bag, it's ok, but going in and out worries me. Lens changes, flash contacts and so on might be a problem.

What do you do?
Any thoughts?

Keep one camera inside and one camera outside?

The EOS forum might be able to give you more advice, you could PM a mod to move the thread if you want to.

Thanks for the venture. I guess most folks aren't experiencing this here. I'll do some experimenting to 'wring out' the issue and possibly repost on EOS.
