Cleaning 10D

can someone tell me the best way to clean my 10D is I don't want to do any damage to it but I know I have a few little marks on the inside where the lens hooks up...

looks like maybe dust particles are something like that...

any suggestions would be really appreciated thanks...

The method in the instruction manual has worked consistently well for me (i.e. lock the mirror up and use a gentle puff of air).

Anything more radical than that runs some risk to the camera. Just get one of the little rubber squeeze balls that blow air---they're usually quite adequate.
