"Can we buy your photographs?" That's the quesiton I was asked while photographing a friends son during a Little League ball game.
Having never done this before I'm looking for a way to get the images to the parents. I've thought about putting together a CD of the best shots and making that available. This keeps me out of the "printing business" which I have no interest in. The parents could take the CD to their favorite processor and print whateve meets their needs. They also have the option of e-mailing the files to their friends and family or using them as screen savers.
I use PhotoShop Elements 4 to post process. Which "size" should I use to save my files? Would I do well to save as "No Restriction" or perhaps "8 x 10".
I've also been told it's possible to have a web site where I upload my photo files and the potential customer makes a selection and the site then takes care of the payment, printing, and shipping.
Thanks for the advice - Wayne.
