I'm looking for a telephoto lens for my G1. I'm new to the photography feild(still don't know what all the tech talk means, haven't figured out what all the numbers stand for). I purchased the lens adapter(LA-58DC) with the camera. I believe I can attach any 58mm lens to the adapter. Maybe someone can confirm? I know of the LENSMATE adapter which is 49mm and has step-up rings(49-52,49-55,49-58). I was looking to spend around $100-$150 on the lens. I was looking for some help in finding the right one. I guess I would like to get as much of a zoom as I could for the price without sacrificing quality. I know some offered macro options as well.
