Well I uploaded some pics on electronicfiles.net and they are massive when I post them on forums.

Also, pics where I changed the sharpness and contrast, they look really grainy compared to the ones I haven't touched.

Try searching for "how to resize" using the top menu of this site. You will find numerous replies to numerous questions about this already.
