View Full Version : Canon 10 D Firmward upgrade

Can someone help me? I am attempting to upgrade my firmware ( for the first time) in my 10D. Going from 1.0.0 to the latest version. I have downloaded the upgrade, transferred to a CF card, and inserted the card into the camera, turned camera on...nothing is happening....does this process take awhile?....thanks..AB

Did you go into the menu and select the option to install the upgrade?

which files are you transferring to the CF card?? you only need to use this file

Copy the "10D00201.fir" file to the formatted CF card.

let us know if you get anywhere with this!
