please help with Model Release

Could someone point me in the right direction of a UK wedding model release. I have just finished my 1st and would like to use some of the better pics on my portfolio.
They are close friends but I feel if I start right it will help in the future.

i have it as part of my contract when i shoot weddings. For other stuff i have a separate release form.
A search on google can find plenty of samples. If you can't find anything, I'll post mine.
