Hong Kong Police said about 40,000 people participated Parade for the 9th Anniversary Celebration of Reunification organised by the Pro-Beijing Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions.

Interesting event. Good photos, by the way.

Is this event in opposition to the Democracy Rally event which you posted? It occurs to me that the goals of both events are opposites. Or do I just not have enough information?
