well what an awesome long weekend it was , I got another new bird for my life list An Eastern Towhee,,, plus a bunch of other birds , I hope you all enjoy, C & C welcome

Wow, what a weekend, all are great captures. My favorites are the catbird and the grosbeak. Well done.

They are all nice. I really like the color and comp in #6 and the pose in #4. Nice work.

Congrats on the eastern Towhee Wayne. I have yet to see one. The RBGB and the Purple Finch are my 2 favourites here for the same reasons......Exposure, Pose, composition, mood. Very nice work!

You had a good weekend Wayne, especially with the Towhee sighting. I'll have to say the Grosbeak is my favorite here, it's just too bad the branches were sawed off - but the tail resting on the bigger of those branches looks pretty cool. I also like the Purple finch...

Hi there,

I like the composition in 2 and the pose of the bird. Number 6 is my favorite, I love the lighting the composition and the mood. Great sharpness and colour, you had a great weekend. May I ask what lens you used?
