Comments always welcome!

These were all shot through the fence at corner 10. I shot about 650 pics and maybe 50 came up sharp. No wonder big expensive glass is both big and expensive! :)

I've got almost the exact same shot of Rubens, but at T6. I like the Renault pic, took a few seconds to notice the tire in the air, was looking at the detail in the tires. Spent about half of qualifying shooting with high shutter speed to try to get a shot like that, didn't get one.

Most of my pics were from Friday, so I didn't get a ton with nasty chewed up rubber. Some of my victory lap pics really show how bad they really look after 25 laps!

#3 is a winner for me. Good angle, good timing and good tyre lift. (sure do run those F1 cars stiff eh?)

Did you try any slower shutter speeds? 1/1000th + tends to freeze the tyres - great for direct head ons like #3, bt when the tyre side walls are visible, the cars looked parked. Or was the location not condusive with slower shutter speeds????

Thanks

I was behind a fence unfortunately at turn 10 ( a tight hairpin) standing in between about 60 other guys trying to shoot at the same location. I don't think I would have been able to get off shots at slower shutter speeds. :(
