WTB: Canon 1D (ASAP!)

I am looking for a Canon 1D in great condition. I would like to have under 20,000 actuations (shots) if possible and all the original stuff, especially instructions. An extra battery would be good too. Camera can have some wear around the hotshoe or shutter button but the body has to be nice and the sensor has to be perfect.

Preferable I would like to buy this camera from someone in Canada or in Edmonton, Alberta but will entertain offers from the USA.

My price is $1200 US (Paypaled). I’ll also pay about $1000 for a camera with 50,000K shutter actuations.

If you have one for sale, let me know, or if you know of one for sale (especially in Canada) please let me know. PM me or email me.

There was one on FM an hour back with 8000 actuations for $1100

Please Note: Payment is through PAYPAL Credit Card only. Wont pay through cheque or money order or any other method except Master Card. I am a honest guy who doesn't play games but I wont send untraceable money to a complete stranger for the same reason the most others wont either.

Looking for seller in Canada especially. Also not interested really if the shutter count is over 50,000 unless asking price is $1000 CAD. Then maybe I would consider it.

Thanks L_M but that seller only ships to USA so any bid from a bidder elsewhere would be blocked by eBay. Looks like a not too bad camera, though I dare to ask the shutter count on a journalist 1D.

Well my deal fell through. Oh well. Maybe I will not buy a 1D series. Not sure so I wont buy right now until I am sure.
