Hi took this picture back in June of two paper weights with my Canon 30D and EF28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 USM which came with my old and well used Canon 300 EOS back in 1992 and built in flash please give me some feedback ?

Ummm.... nice paper weights...

Not really alot to comment on...

I would have used a lower ISO when using flash but it wouldn't make alot of difference.

I would say your flash is worling perfect. In teh situation you were shooting in it would only be fill flash and it filled in quite nicely in that bright situation.

I would have reduced the level of the background (higher shutter speed and lower ISO rating...you could have -3EV darker background simply by doing both!) and then let the fill flash fill in that.
