hey guys! just poking around the neighborhood and came upon this old stake and barbed wire. some cropping and noise added. hope you like. (critiques are welcomed and encouraged!!)

It's funny what we see when we're out and about. I overheard my daughters chatting between themselves "He's taking a picture of a faucet?"

too true. sometimes it's not the subject that initially catches our eyes, but rather the lighting, color, or composition that surrounds the subject. thanks for the comment!!

ps. i'd love to see some of your faucets!!

I have had the same comment- but from strangers- my sons are as weird as me and photographers as well!

What's funny is being aware of the strangers around you straining to see just what the heck you are trying to take a picture of. . . .all the little murmurs, shrugging of shoulders. . .
