Just placed an order and paid for a EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS :D.

Only problem is, it's past 5pm on a Friday here so it won't be sent till Monday, so hopefully I'll have it Tuesday (but more likely Wednesday morning) :(

I got the money but i have to have a credit card, will take about one week before i get my credit card, then another few days after order, just i am worry that the may offer (psmay) will expire before i complete my order. Lucky you all.

It's coming from Sydney, bought it via Discount Digital Photographics on E-Bay. I would have bought it from where I bought the rest of my gear, but he's on holidays for a while.

Well I looked; the cockatoo feeding and that Crimson Rosella are so sharp. Nice. I got a Rosella with my 70-200 that was nice too. Red birds pop!

As a matter of fact, an equipment addict like myself, I find waiting for new stuff arrival thrilling by itself.

Then the package arrives, excitement is at its peak ...
Then open the package, breath in the scent of new stuff ...
Take sample shots. Get used to it as just a tool. Initial excitement's over ...
Next purchase ... *SIGH* ...

Don't worry about missing 'psmay' ... they come as they go ...
If you miss it, next one will probably be 'psjun', or 'psjul', or 'psaug', ...

and when these psmonth begin and end? and what stuff will be under ps?
Anyway, i will buy 100-400, 16-35L and 10-22, you think when psmay expire i can get all or some of these with less prices later? i can't wait prices reducing to order it this month.

It's hard to tell when exactly they begin and when they end.

Hehe I know what you mean. I ordered 2 lenses on last sunday 2 day air..

Monday shipped, tuesday 4th of july(closed) wed shipping, thurs came in but wife didnt hear the door!!!!!!

so now I am waiting by the door just waiting and waiting... I am like a little kid.

Understand the waiting game to. Ordered mine yesterday - next day - and it did not arrive until after noon. I had no finger nails left. LOL. Congrats on your new lens purchases BTW.

I learnt how to wait as i got money to buy gears for almost 2 weeks and i still didn't confirm my order because no credit card yet.
I will use my father credit card even i don't like it but what to do.
is B&H closed on saturday? what about Sunday? my gear list is ready, just order and confirm payment by credit card then i will wait as most of you do, he he.

It's so close I can almost picture the first (duck?) photos with the new lens. Received an arrival advice notice saying the package is sitting at the post office up the road from me waiting for my signature.

I think I'll have to take some time off work tomorrow morning.

hehe, i went to Bank today and applied for a credit card, they told me it will be ready around 1 week, i don' know what i can do whole 1 week before i can order my new gears,when i will get my credit card then i hope every month i will buy new gears.
