It was taken with my little G3 in the Tate Mdern Turbine Hall, London. Olafur Eliasson is exibiting there. Its the first time i have taken anything other than holiday snaps.

This is a masterpiece -- worldclass !
If you are new to photography, you will start to see how world class pictures are extra special because they unite special moments in time, special light, etc. I could elaborate ... but to make one point abut special moments in time.. here in this glass quadrangle only in October on a cloud free day and at this moment in time xan this shot be had.
Interestingly world class photo ops are all around us. Sometimes your are there by chance. Sometimes you are there by plan (e.g. If I arrive on site next year !), and sometimes they are there but no one has a camera (but they talk about it the next day ("... you should have been...). But all the time they are blinking on and off somewhere in "our world".
Post on me lad. Post on.

Very nice shot!... so how is the weather inside the Tate Modern Turbine Hall? Your photograph intrigued me to the point where I had to find out more about it... here's the link that I visited...

Very good shot indeed - try it in some exhibitions or magazine competitions, I am sure it will do well

Thanks you all your praise. I have only had the camera for a few months and only really took snaps with it. I thought I would try to take a few serious shots in london to practice as I am about to go on a round the world tour starting next feburary. Hope fully more shots like that will follow.
Colin
If anyone gets the chance to see the Eliasson exibit at Tate Modern it is brilliant well worth it.
