I've been working with a Canon S800 for about a year, and have run into an interesting problem. Most of my printing has been done on sheets of 8.5x11, but I recently picked up a pack of Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy 4x6. WHen I tried to select the paper type and size in the properties, it responds with "You cannot print with the following combination:
Page size: Canon 4x6
Media Type: Photo Paper Plus Glossy
The following is recommended
Page size: Canon 4x6
Media Type: Glossy Photo Cards
I have reinstalled the latest drivers and tools, but get this message anyways. When I attempt to print, the image is cropped, and two sides have a white boarder (about 1.25" and .5" for the 4" and 6" sides, respectively).
I've tried Photoshop, Canon Easy PhotoPrint, and Kodak Easyshare.
I align the media vertically along the right edge of the loading tray, andam beginning to think that it is impossible to print an edge-to-edge 4x6 image.
Thank you,
