I was looking at buying some lenses for my A70, and all the online retailers seemed to offer them for about 10-30 dollars less than the camera stores around here and the canon website. The problem is for every one I check out there seems to be a load of bad reviews. Does anyone know a good online retailer for these accessories that has decent pricing?

Or better yet, what makes the lenses Canon sells for the camera more expensive than all the other brands? If you guys have any recomendations on other lenses/brands that would be great too.

You can check out prices here:

Which gives you the best deals and also some user reviews of the retailer.

I've had excellent service with these retailers:

B&H Photo, Adorama, Amazon, NewEgg, BeachCamera, CDW, Gateway, J&R Music, Crutchfield, Ritz Camera, and Dealtime.

Canon has both the name and the quality. Others you may consider: Kenko, Tiffen, Raynox.
