Hello,
Whats the problem with "Program Files", which is greyed-out and not clickable ?
What's the solution here ?

I don't have the answer to your problem, but I've saved allot of time by just calling canon. The service is part of what you buy when you bought the camera.

They can save a person allot of time and stress.
