Thanks for your kind comments, #2 is the best for me too, #1 needed some drastic help as the bird ended up hiding in the shadows and I wasnt quick enough with the exposure to bring it out! :(

These are 2 from the 4 I kept from around 400 shots taken Saturday... That's a shocking hit-rate, I know! :(

Lol, the funny thing is, I took about 400 over the whole of saturday, filling my 1GB card... then I didnt download them so reverted to the 16MB card on Sunday that came with the camera.... #1 was taken on Sunday and #2 on Saturday. I think the other 2 I kept were taken on Sunday too! :lol: So, scratch that... 1 from about 400... 0.25% hitrate

Indeed, God bless Digital, I'd be broke by now if this was film! :lol:
