Error message on group setup

Hi all, when my friend installed 1.5 B4, he gets this
when trying to make a photo group


Erorr for query lock_groups in page 'group_editor.php'
Acess denied for user ***** to database '*****'




i removed his user name and databasee...

it then gives a message about if you are running modified ee code....etc... have tried running group_fix.php.... nothing...


Any ideas?

You will need table lock privileges in MySQL.

MySQL table lock privileges are on by default in MySQL 3.x, but with version 4.0 they have to assigned separately. Not many server admins seem to know this (and they mess things when updating from 3 to 4), so you'll need to drop them a mail about that.
