Today in Helsinki I suddenly noticed that an excavator is about the snatch an innocent walker. :shock: Luckily he managed to escape. :rolleyes:

WoW! Great photo--love that tiny portion of reflection-- but Olli, how do we know the walker was innocent? That concerned look on his face might be a reaction to noticing you shooting OR he could be worried 'cause he knows he's been evil and it is due to catch up with him. :D:D:D

That dude is definitely not innocent. But it is probably just as good he escaped. I don't know if we could have handled the aftermath photos. hehehe Another fun one Olli!

Thanks all for the comments (and excuse my late post, I've been offline the last week). Seems to be so that the 'innoncence' theme triggered most of feedback, interesting. :cool:

A couple of replies:

The dynamic range in this shot is impressive. Raw +1, 0, -1 then merged or right from camera?One shot only, cosworth. Strong contrasts balanced with RawShooter (great and easy for that purpose).

I could not see what was coming round the corner, I just heard the noise ... so it must be something interesting ... and I raised my camera ...
