pretty nice shot, i went out tonight as well with my a620, i dont have quite the zoom as you :) this is what i got:

Well, ignoring the hi-jack (he he!)...

What was the WB set to? The moon should be white, shouldnt it. Other than that it's an ok shot. It isnt very detailed though. :)

Not sure what time it was taken, but the last couple of nights I've seen it come up. It has had a yellow tint to it. When I got off work last night at 12:00, it was more white than yellow.

This was from Sunday night. Not much practice here with night shots, so it's not real clear plus my shutter speed was probably too fast. Another night of full moon tonight.

OH wow that looks like my first try. LOL

The moon was low in the sky thats why it was yellowish. I wanted the yellow tint to show so I was happy with mine. Tho I think the focus could be better. Im not sure how to find the settings or Id post those too sorry :(
