was wondering if anyone has used these batteries before?

are they any good for compact cameras & flashes? or are any rechargeable batteries just as good? ???

Looks like rechargeable Ni-MH are still going to be better and offer longer life.

These are NiMH rechargeables - of a type designed to minimise self-discharge, so that they can be sold with enough charge to be usable out of the packet.

They sound reasonable enough if you can get hold of them. The capacity isn't as high as some NiMH AA batteries (I've seen 2700mAh), but they're not too shabby.
