Also tell a bit more about whats happening.
Edit: I like the first one best. Very nice 'real B&W feel' to it. 'Film like' I'ld say. Nice.
Second is a bit less as far as position & movement is concerned. Bit more chaotic. The background also doesn't help in that aspect.
First one is a winner!

I have little problem with sharpness because of my dark lens :evil:

Nice images nevertheless. Get yourself a 50/1.8 or 1.4. Cheap and good. I used to shoot with a nikkor 28/2.8; 50/1.8 and 85/1.8 on my F801s back in the film days.

yes I know, the 50/1,8 is perfect for that kind pictures. For now I have 18-55/3,5-5,6 ;(

50mm f/1.8 is about $75USD and well wortht he investment. Hey, I thought we were going to get eight pictures in here!~

5 is nice, 8 is very nice... Here the slower lens actually helped ;)
6 is nice, but the light is too hard and from the wrong angle IMO.

I agree exactly with Rene! These are really lovely girls and a very interesting venue. Were these six all that attended? Who sponsored it? Where did they come from? Names?

this is Silesian Dance Theatre from my town (Bytom) with Experimental Studio of Silesian Dance Theatre show. Yesterday I have one day permission for taking pictures on them show.
